Jo Tunmer is a Cambridge-based visual artist who explores notions of time and reality through fragments of memory. Her aim is to encourage those who see her work to look for the unexpected. They might discover text incorporated within a print, or be left intrigued by her use of blended colour that leaves the viewer wondering what lies beyond what is immediately visible.
Previously Jo has created and run successful arts event such as Cambridge Showcase.com and she is a co-founder of the Cambridge Original Printmakers Biennale. However, she is currently focussing on studying for an MA in Printmaking and works with Kettles Yard as an Artist Facilitator.
