After designing and hand burnishing an illustration of a bunny rabbit, as a Christening gift for my youngest niece, Evelyn, I was then inspired to create a collection of linocut prints featuring woodland creatures. When people requested to purchase copies of these prints I decided to produce limited editions of my designs. The response was overwhelming, so ‘Mabel Fox’ was born.
Each design in my current collection is named after one of my children, nieces, nephews, and other special people in my life. The designs are now available on colourful homewares such as cushions, trays and tea towels, as well as greetings cards. Great gifts for every occasion, from christenings and weddings to Christmas and birthdays.
