I am a potter based in Cambridge, working from my home studio, where I create my pieces on the potter’s wheel. I make simple, elegant forms that I hope will bring a sense of quiet enjoyment to those who use them.
I particularly enjoy working with slip to decorate my pieces, as well as paying attention to the small details that make pottery both a pleasure to use and to live with.
My practice is guided by a commitment to sustainability. I fire my work in an energy-efficient electric kiln, using solar energy to offset consumption and keeping water use to a minimum.
