Rebecca is a local printmaker who grew up in Switzerland, before moving to the UK in 2017.
She fell in love with the process of printmaking after moving to Cambridge. She was particularly inspired by the beautiful architecture, and juxtapositions of busy city and peaceful courts, a context which gave rise to her successful college series. Since then she has done illustrations for a book, explored screen printing, and recently moved into making cards.
Her style is simple and playful, inspired by the beauty of nature and the built environment, and joyfully embracing the restricted marks and pallet of lino and ink. She is just about to launch an exciting card subscription service, delivering beautiful hand printed cards to clients on a monthly basis, so that card giving can be simple and convenient.
